The gourmet foods are shipped frozen by USPS Priority Mail on Mondays and Tuesdays only. The shipping cost is based on weight and distance. We will email you for approval if the actual postage is higher than the estimate provided at checkout. If you've ordered both gourmet foods and regular merchandise, we may split the order to minimize your shipping cost. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more details.
